We conduct a comprehensive analysis of the developer firms. This analysis includes: Official documents, financial capabilities, industry reputation, post-sales service quality, concept development efficiency, property management capabilities etc.
Our team always pays close attention to the impact of the project concept on its investment value when selecting projects.
We assess the position of the city where the real estate is located in the global city index. We always focus on cities that are on the rise.
All Istanbul real estate and global properties which are integrated into our business processes undergo joint approval from the Executive Board.
We subject every real estate property to a human-centric analysis. Projects with an analysis score of over 70 are added to our portfolio.
